This Is What Might Happen If Any Chuka University Student Fails To Clear His/Her Oustanding Fee Balance
Following the official release of the reporting dates, questions have popped up concerning what should happen if Chuka University students should fail to pay their outstanding school fee balance. The school administration has asked any student to head over to their official website and download the letter of deferment if they are unable to clear their fee balance.
Last week, the school senate together with the institution's administration came to the conclusion that 1st & 4th year students should report back to school on April 21st while 2nd & 3rd year students on May 26th. They also added that each student should pay a damage fee of Sh.1900 only after the outstanding school fee balance was cleared.
Apparently, the Sh.1900 damage and disruption surcharge money should be paid separately from the school fees in favour of Chuka University. Ladies and gentlemen, this means that if you happen to have a fee over payment, the damage fee will be deducted from it.
The administration has urged the Chuka University students to pay all the remainder fee using any of the following accounts given below and a pay-in slip presented to the University on re-opening date.
1. Kenya Commercial Bank Acc/no: 1103755439 Branch: Chuka
2. Cooperative Bank Acc/no: 01129058189900 Branch: Chuka
3. Equity Bank Acc/no: 0210261453469 Branch: Chuka
