Chuka University Reporting Dates For September 2016 Released

Reporting dates for both ongoing and incoming Chuka University students have been released on the institution's official website. Apparently, half of the ongoing students completed their semester on mid August while fourth and first years exited the chapter in late July.

The administration has notified all the continuing students I.e 2nd,3rd and 4th years that they will be reporting on 8th September 2016 and classes will resume on 12th September 2016.

All First years September intake will be reporting on 5th September 2016 and their registration will commence on the same day.

Below is a table summarizing the reporting dates for the different groups of students meant to report to the institution next semester. Check it out;

REPORTING DATES FOR NEW AND CONTINUING STUDENTS:

GROUPS OF STUDENTS	REPORTING DATES
All Continuing Regular & Self-sponsored Undergraduate Students.	Thursday 8th September, 2016
All New Regular & Self sponsored Undergraduate Students (Freshers)	Monday 5th September, 2016
All first years registration day	Monday 5th September, 2016
Orientation for First year students	Wednesday 7th September, 2016
All classes to commence	Monday 12th September, 2016

According to Dickson Rutto, the Chuka University Students' Union secretary general, students are advised to report on time to avoid inconveniences.

Note for First Years;

The admitted students should note that their registered admission letters were availed to them via EMS to the postal addresses that they provided on the KUCCPS website. However, for those who did not provide their respective postal addresses, and happen to have been admitted to Chuka University should visit the college to collect the letters in person from the registrar's office.

Alternatively, they may email the postal addresses to raca@chuka.ac.ke or call 020-232907 for inquiries.
