"I Was Paid To Provide 45 Names Of Students To Be Expelled" - Chuka University Administration Exposed!

Following the chaotic strike that led to the closure of Chuka University in February, 45 students were expelled from the institution by the school administration for allegedly causing destruction of property at Ndagani market during the past riots. A comrade has however, come to the limelight claiming to be the one who provided the administration with the names of the 45 students.

Apparently, Facebook user Jimmy Ochare has confessed on the Institution's most popular group; CUC Live that he feels guilty that he caused the expulsion of 45 innocent students from Chuka University. Another shocking revelation made by Jimmy Ochare, was that he claimed to have been paid by the school administration in order for him and a few others to provide the said list.

It has been haunting me when I heard that 45 students were expelled from Chuka university. But the names of the students who were expelled were with me because I am one of those who provided the administration with the names. Dr Benjamin Kanga sent money to my mpesa account after which I called my close associates and we even chatted with some via sms and whatsapp seeking for advice on whether to heed to calls by the administration following the strike.

Reportedly, Jimmy Ochare together with his friends Denis Aloo and Michael Otieno went to see the administration after they had confirmed that they all had been sent the promised cash. Unfortunately on their arrival, it became a twist of events after they were forced to provide at least 45 names of comrades who had participated in destruction of property during the strike. Jimmy Ochare claims that they had no option but to include innocent individuals in the list.

I made personal decision to go after receiving similar confirmation by Denis Aloo and Michael Otieno that they have received money and that they will meet the administration. We were forced to say names after which we had no option but to include even innocent students of which we had personal and political differences with.

According to the Facebook post, Jimmy Ochare was apologizing to the expelled students for bringing them too much waste of time, resources and attempting to destroy their reputation.[Proof of Facebook post below]

The Facebook user also apologized to Dr Benjamin Kanga together with the school admin for letting the cat out of the bag.
