What is leadership and what makes a good leader? Leadership is the ability to see a problem and be the solution while a leader, according to Business Daily News is someone who leads by example and has the integrity to do the right thing even when it is not popular.

Now, let's get back to our local Chuka University leaders and politicians. In as much as the institution could be one of the smallest in the country, I think we should not act like it.

Dorcas Kaleche "Mumo" Nzomo is such a beautiful lady and probably popular with her class of friends but let's be honest, she utterly has no qualities of a leader.

You think my allegations are unfounded? Biased? You are obviously going to say I was paid to tarnish her name, right?

But No. Take a look at Kaleche's first Facebook post where she showed interest in being CUSA's next Organizing Secretary;

"Inaweza...haiwezi" really?? Using a grid photo with a bit of her tummy showing to get an amount of likes Chuka University comrades have never seen?

But that's not the end, if you think Professor Erastus Njoka is going to allow someone who dresses like this to be an official then you should visit the sanatorium or Chuka general. Refer the following images;

Here's Kaleche being "eaten" by her longtime boyfriend. This is not the problem. The issue comes when you start posting pics of your private life on a public website: Instagram. IG si ya mama yako bwana

The Organizing Sec aspirant also likes showing off TOO much skin on Social Media... what kind of a leader is she?? Is she the kind of person we should vote in?

Lastly, the belly.... I don't really know if showing off your belly will get you more votes from the men but I think, it wont be good for your reputation young lady...

According to Chuka Uni Gossip, Kaleche's character is wanting and is surely not fit to represent comrades in any office unless in a women's football match. It's our opinion, if you don't agree kindly don't hurl insults at us.. just comment what you think below or on CUC Live Facebook group.
